The Coastal Mary Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to our website. Affiliates receive a unique referral link or coupon code to track sales generated through their promotions.

2. Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must:

  • Have an active website, blog, social media presence, or other digital platform
  • Agree to promote Coastal Mary products in a truthful and ethical manner
  • Not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or illegal marketing practices

3. Commission Structure

4. Promotional Guidelines

5. Product Disclaimer

Affiliates must clearly communicate that germination and cultivation laws vary by jurisdiction. Any affiliate found promoting products in violation of applicable laws will be immediately removed from the program.

6. Termination

Coastal Mary reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of this affiliate policy
  • Fraudulent or unethical promotional activity
  • Inactivity for an extended period
  • Any conduct that harms the Coastal Mary brand

Upon termination, all pending commissions below the minimum payout threshold may be forfeited.

7. Modifications

Coastal Mary reserves the right to modify this affiliate policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
